Systems of Representation
The time, told in forty-eight ways of writing a number.
All of these are technically clocks, but really they are examples of how we encode information: written by hand, the codes computers count in, or objects you would normally touch. It leaves out circular faces and purely abstract clocks, which live in the complete Dev catalog.
A set of representation systems told as simple clocks: each keeps as much of its real convention as a small web page can, with a few rough approximations of physical objects and a few scripts borrowed from fiction. Click through any one for a full view and explanation.
